The Apps are provided primarily as WebView experiences that allow users to access EMD Diamonds services through a mobile application interface.

To request or create a business account, access certain parts of the catalog, or use account-based features, we may collect:

- Business-related account information
In the Apps, users may submit a request to create a business account. Account creation is reviewed and completed by EMD Diamonds. Submitting an account request does not automatically create an account unless and until EMD Diamonds reviews, approves, or activates the account.

When you contact us by phone, email, through the Website, or through the Apps, we may collect the information you provide.
If you submit an inquiry, request more information, request memo-related information, or contact us regarding a diamond, gemstone, or other item, we may collect:

The Website and Apps do not support direct purchases or payments. Inquiries submitted through the Service are used to communicate with you and respond to your business request.

The Apps do not process purchases, payments, credit card information, financing, loans, or other financial products.
The Apps do not use push notifications.
The Apps do not use advertising identifiers, including Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, for advertising, retargeting, or cross-app tracking purposes.
We do not use the Apps to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

- To provide access to the online diamond and gemstone catalog
- To create, review, approve, manage, and support business accounts
- To manage inquiries and communicate with you regarding the Service

Please include the email address associated with your account and the company name you represent so that we can verify and process your request.
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required or permitted by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes, including legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or business-record purposes.
Deleting your account may limit or remove your ability to access the catalog, wishlist, inquiry history, and related Service features.
If deletion cannot be completed immediately, we may inform you of the expected timeframe or request additional information needed to verify and complete the request.
11. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise provide your contact information, we may send you news, updates, offers, inventory highlights, and other marketing communications related to EMD Diamonds.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service-related or transactional communications related to your account, inquiries, or use of the Service.

The Website and Apps may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by EMD Diamonds.
