Can you define your social media strategy in 5 seconds? If you have a clear-cut strategy of what you want to achieve and how you should be able to. If not, take some time to do so. You should have a clear look at what you’re posting on social media, how often, to which channels, your target audience, and your brand’s look and feel.

Customers don’t want to follow a generic brand. They want a brand who knows who they are and represent that on social media, too.


To stand out on social media, you need to display creativity. How do differ from your competition? How does your brand creatively reach out to users on social media? How are your campaigns creating a buzz? These are questions that you should take seriously when looking at your brand on social media. You need to be creative to win the hearts of users.


After you’ve clearly defined your social media presence and pinpointed the areas you need to add creativity into, you’re ready to start communicating to your users. Communication is crucial to your social media presence - it can either make or break you. Find new ways to communicate with your users: Live video, Fb and IG stories, contests, games, and polls are great ways to reach your target audience.
