IG Stories

Many social media experts are predicting even bigger things for Stories. 2018 saw the huge impact that Stories had on IG marketing with lots of new features. IG’ers embraced Stories, so much that Facebook and Youtube developed their own versions of stories as well. In order to maintain their Stories reign, IG will have to roll out more interactive features to retain their audience. What they have in mind, we’ll have to wait and see.


Instagram analytics has an important role for businesses on the social media platform, and we’re looking forward to even bigger and better analytics. They know that brands are using IG to sell their products and want to help them in that endeavor. More detailed insights for shopping posts, Stories, videos, and ads are a must.


When Instagram announced its video platform, IGTV, it was highly anticipated. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. But don’t expect Instagram to sit on its heels, just waiting to see what happens. Pouring into the platform is a prediction that many experts are sharing, adding more features and functionalities. Don’t count it out yet!

Influencer Marketing

Influencers will continue to rule Instagram marketing, but many experts are predicting that mega-influencers will diminish and micro-influencers will take over. Brands are looking for influencers that have authenticity and trust with their followers. Move over celebrities. The little people are taking over IG.

2018 was a fantastic year for businesses on Instagram, but 2019 is shaping up to be even better! Make sure your business is ready and armed to tackle the IG marketing game!
